For Indonesia Clown Alley - DiFatta Magic

Special offer, because I have a dealer account with DiFatta.

Prices will be kept as low as possible.

I will probably be bringing the magic props to Mr. Yogi to Surabaya myself and you can collect from him.

The shipping cost is therefore lower, but please note that DiFatta is from Italy, so they will still need to ship to me in Singapore.

If you wish to purchase something, I will need the following product info:

For example:

You send me the info:

SKU:
FLOATC
Floating Table - Economy - Silver

I will then check the price for you.

Example:

 The price is £82.95.

If I buy for you, the price is only £35. But of course, I haven't add in the shipping cost.

I will share with you some of the good things I am buying:

This table I have been using since 2004: https://difattamagic.com/stage-table.html

Please note one important thing:

Items from DiFatta are all original. But I also understand that original does not mean the best. Sometimes copied products (for example from China) are ok and will do the job. (And sometimes the copied products are even better than original)

I will help you as much as I can. There are some original props that are worth buying and the copied ones are very bad.

My WA: +65 9366 7156
Or Facebook messager: Edmund Khong: https://www.facebook.com/edmund.khong.3/

No rush orders please. I am visiting Mr. Yogi in Surabaya maybe only in Nov/Dec/Jan.

Thank you!

Developing long lasting friendships, which creates that family bond.
21. Clowning has opened up so many wonderful opportunities for me.
22. Clowning has given me "permission" to play, have fun and spread joy.

24. All of the great resources that are on the website!
25. MEDIA CONTACTS

And then (and I like this one):

"The unknown." - You don't know what you are missing until you find it.

I forgot 31. To support and continue to support a love of clowns. (And that's probably the most important... you never know when you'll a friend with a red nose)

Surabaya, Indonesia BIG Clown learning event and competition

Southeast Asia Region. Yogi Adianta Simon, the President of the Indonesian Clown Alley graciously invited Tee Kam Bee “Uncle Button”, Deaw Zipper Thaicircus and myself Edmund Khong to Surabaya, Indonesia for conduct a 2-day intensive workshop.

Most of the participants clowns are full-time clowns. The most impressive part was the eager learning attitude of the participants. Indonesia is a very large country and is a collection of islands. Many of them had to take a 12-hour (or more!) train ride or a flight just to attend. To many of them, it’s a very costly affair and a huge sacrifice and I admire their spirit and focus.

The 3 instructors put up a ticketed show for the families of the supporters of the workshop on the first day after the lessons were competed. The children of a deaf school were also invited to join in for free. Sam Tee, Deaw and I tweaked our show and included much more visual routines.
Everyone had a great time; it’s a rare chance for the Indonesians to see clown performers from other countries. Sam, Deaw and I were presented with a precious hand-drawn caricature near the climax end.

Day 2 included more intense lessons and also the Paradeability competition that was conducted according to WCA rules. Almost every participant took part! Sam Tee, Deaw and I frequently stressed throughout the 2 days workshops that the best way to learn is to “take part”.

All the 3 of us are extremely heartened by the enthusiastic learning attitude of the Indonesian clowns. In my closing remark as WCA Regional Director, I said the event is a huge success but also note this is the first step. Everyone learned something useful over the 2 days. Everyday, we must continue to grow bit by bit because at the end of the year, when we look back, we would have accumulated a vast amount of clown skills and knowledge over the past year.

Thank you once again to the Yogi the President of the Indonesian Clown Alley, and his amazing team who provided top-notched support.

Bali, Indonesia Clown Workshop by Indonesia Clown Alley

Very first time doing makeup! They did very well! Bali, Indonesia clown workshop, followed by clown stage performances at a church, specially arranged for the disadvantaged children. The event is organized by the Indonesian Clown Alley (President Yogi Adianta Simon).

June Report Southeast Asia

If you were missing the Southeast Asia Regional Report from the latest Clowning Around magazine, well, it's here! ❤️ Due to a small miscommunication between a few of us, it was not published. Here it is, enjoy it! If your WCA friends ask, tell them it's here! 😃

In late March/Early April this year, WCA senior clowns and clown teachers Deaw Zipper (Thailand), 姜姜牧呈 (Taiwan), Keat Soon (Malaysia), Jip Pep (Thailand) and Kenneth Ng (Hong Kong) visited Xi' An, China and conducted a 4 day workshop for the clowns there, at the invite of Mr. 艺超. A picture tells a thousand words! See below.

A couple of new clowns from our region joined WCA this month! Welcome!
A Facebook Group has been set up so that we can all share, learn and teach more! There are 73 members in it right now! If you belong to our region and not yet a member, join us! I have also emailed all the members in our region. If you did not hear from me, contact me! Some of the emails bounced back, so if your email or contact information has changed, please remember to inform our WCA manager or me!

As I am writing this article with my right hand, my left hand is trying to do pack my bags, because I will be flying off to the Indonesian Clown Alley on 29 April! They have organized a 2 day clown workshop and the other clown teachers are Sam Tee and Deaw Zipper. Alley President Yogi, Vice-President Simli and other alley members have put in a lot of effort to make this event happen. I will have updates for all of you in the next report!

Till then, if there are any clown events happening in your country or alley, let me know so that I can feature your alley and share your stories and photos with all the other WCA clowns all over the world!
